Easy. Smile

Admin Panel > Users & Groups > Profiles > Click the How do i add a custom question when registering? Ajouter > "Necessarily Filled?" : Yes

Checking that option will make that a "required" field. You can see which fields are required in your "Profiles" index by looking for the asterisk (*).

Users won't be able to continue registering unless they complete your new required field.

Hello,

Please go to: Admin panel >> Users & Groups ( Tab ) >> Profiles > Create new > fill out as required and change "obligatory" to Yes then save.
It will then be required to be filled in for new users to fill in to register.

If obligatory = no, the user does NOT have to answer it.

Interesting thing,

Hello again,
Whenever a new member register i get an e-mail.
Is there any option to see the answer to that question in the email?

like if I'll ask:
Where do I know you from?

and according to the answer I'll get him to the group of users related to him. but I'll need to know his answer.
so is there an option to get the answer through the mail?
or is it unchangeable?

thank you,
Dream.

Sorry, this isn't possible.
However you can add an obligatory field that says "Where do you know me from" and u can go to your admin panel & his profile, and then see that there and add him to the necessary group then.

Is it possible to delete registration fields?

Also, can I change what it says during registration for things like "username" and "email address"?

You can only delete ones that have a X , the rest can't be deleted.
Unfortunately no, you cannot edit the Username & Email address fields.
