Avatar Gallery

Does Anyone Know why the Avatar Gallery does not show on Forums?

Do you have the avatar gallery turned on?

You can check by going to:

Admin Panel ==> Display ==> Avatar Gallery.

yes it is turned on.
Can not even show it on this forum.The Forum of all Forums.
Try changing your Avatar and click show gallery.

I'm pretty sure Forumotion has disabled all categorys of the forum, so theres none to choose from. You can check yours by going here:

Admin Panel ==> Display ==> Avatar Gallery and scrolling down.

When I go there It shows all The Avatar categories and has the tick boxes to disable categories but when I click on the preview button beside any of the Categories ie Movies>starwars it displays the header of my forum and blank page under that.
The same happens from forum>profile>avatar>show gallery

Hmm, that's weird. It's working for me on my test forum.

The only way I can get the gallery to show is - admin panel>users & groups>search Users then click on a user in the user group which displays their profile then scroll down to Avatar Control Panel and click show gallery .

Then the gallery will show with all the Avatars to chose.

Whoa, that's weird, it's not working for me. I'm sure Forumotion's avatar gallery is enabled.

my husband's new forum has this problem but mine does not.
It works fine on mine.You go into profile and select avatar then click show gallery.NADA.NOTHING.
All the settings are correct!

My husband just opened his forum and already the new members are having this problem.
FORUM WITH PROBLEM
his forum is phbb2.Mine's Invision.
However, before we say it's the version his gallery worked when he first set up.It quit working after he put in a default avatar.Might that have something to do with it?

Mine did not work from day one.
Have even tried all versions bhpBB3,punBB and Invision all the same -no Gallery.

wonder if the Tech is looking into it as it seems to a very common fault.

Woah! One of my forum's avatar gallery works, the other doesn't. That's weird.

it would be gr8 if someone would stop by and SAY that they're looking into it.

Its been forward to Typlo to pass it along the tech team.

what are they doing with this one? There's a lot of folks asking (including moi)and no replies yet.
SCREEN RESOLUTION ISSUE

What browsers are you using?
I can access the forumotion gallery without any problems

I use Mozilla Fire Fox. Have turned of pop ups.

Also tried IE. It is the same for all my members.

Reading the posts it appears that anyone who sets up a new forum in the last 2-3 weeks has this problem.
Or has set a new Forum since the server change. Maybe I'm wrong?

UPDATE.

Have just retried the FORUM OF FORUMS Avatar Gallery and is now working.

So tried mine and whala. Looks like Typlo has fixed it. Cheers team.
