not saving all the new theme keeps keeping parts of the old theme

Hey There!

Im trying to add a new template from Hitskin and im saving it but it adds some of the new template but keeps some of the old template like background etc, its not changing it fully?

Why is it doing this? its keeps coming up with a Css question on some of them when i save it and i click yes, am i doing something wrong?

but when i go into changing the colours, the colours that are on the forum are not the same as the ones in the admins panel....

You must be the founder of the forum to install themes from hitskin
