I can't find where to modify the side where you posision the user profile....PLEASE HELP!!

go to admin penal click general>>>> Forum >>Configuration

Profile position in the messages : Lift Right Click Lift & Save

why can't i see the "profile position in the messages" thing in the pages structure?
