chatbox problem

Hi! I seem to have a problem with my chatbox on my forum. When I and some other members use it we cannot view the posts at the bottom of the box. Does anyone know how to get this to work?

see how the last post is not fully visible? Also strange thing it doesn't show the bottom of the letters - the tails of 'g', 'y', 'p' and so on. It does this in both the full size or just using the box at the top of the forum page.

Any help is greatly appreciated...I don't think I changed anything within the chatbox configeration - just added it to the forum.

No I haven't tried that. Is there a special way to do that (chatbox itself) or is it just through the browser? Seems like I am not the only person on my chatbox that is experiencing this but not everyone seems to be (unless they are not understanding what the ones who are experiencing this problem are talking about).

It is to your browser, it cant be specifically done for the chatbox.
Your can remove specifically your forum's cookie, but it's better to occasionally remove all cookies from time to time

If you clear ur cache & cookies, it should thus fix the problem

sorry it has been so long for me to reply.

I fixed it by downloading IE8. Others on my forum are STILL having this issue though...and they have tried those suggestions
