News letter not sending fast enough

When we send out news letters they are taking up to a week to reach the members whys that?

it's because their massive e-mails to be send so we also need to wait and you're not the only one sending massive e-mails, there's also lots of other forumers sending massive e-mails so it takes time.

So wat ur saying s every letter we send is gona take a week to get there.... it never took this long before so whys it starting now?

We don't know, only the techs know, try to pm Typlo about this.

I am having the same issue with my forum. I have sent 2 newsletters and none has come through yet. I will PM Typlo thanks!

Weird I sent one from our managers forum and I got it immediately in my email box. I've sent Typlo a message along with our forum URL.

Has anyone see this yet? I don't get why our members are not getting them? Thanks!

Unfortunately this is a known problem, and has been knows for about 1-2 months now.
The technician's are aware of this issue, just, the problem was originally reported as not being sent, now that their being sent, they are attempting to fix the delay in the send time.

I am sure it's just the email server having too many emails sent out, thus creating a burden on the server.
If this is the case, then it will sort it's self out over the coming weeks.
