Forum displays bandwidth exceeded, upgrade to pro

I have only just made a new forum and not started to use it in fact it is in "under construction" mode. Last night I logged out and all was fine. Today I log in and can hardly read the words because it says bandwidth exceeded, photo bucket, upgrade to pro. Can you please give me some insight into this
