Dark,blue ranks

Here are some ranks i made, comment them, its my first try.

I like the overall design but the text is kind of hard to read. Maybe a different font color? 8/10

May I point out some things that could be done to improve it?

*Try making the blue color affect the entire rank, fading at the sides.
*Add a border or add round corners to the ranks.
*Move the white/blue/cyan streak more to the left, so that it will not affect the text. If this is not possible, try reducing the opacity and applying a different color for the text, as Brick pointed out.
*Use "Global Mod", since the text itself is too long and will not fit. You could use the same short versions with the other ones "Admin", "Mod"

They are nice , but they seem a little ... empty , not from the inside , but from the outside . You should have put some different shape or outer flow or something ... It's also a bit harder to read . But idea is nice
