ChatBox Not Working ? Empty ChatBox Not Working ?

i added ChatBox in my forum and some times it works perfect but most or the times it always says there is an error in the page and it doesnt load good and it says this page cannot be displayed

it could be your settings like firewall or even cookies/java
you didnt add your site, so i cant look to see if it loads for me
