I got 1 question, about signature..

I know it is posible to have a picture in the signature..
But I just wanna know if it is posible to have a tekst come up, when you hold the mouse over the picutes.

When you are in the admin page.
You can go to User admin & Group admin.
Then you can go to Profiles.
And there is it posible to make a profile Field type, called Image list.
There is it posible to have a text come up when you hold the mouse over the picture.
