Registering on forum

I have an admin that is registering on this support forum and has never gotten a verification email to log onto the forum. Why?

How can he reset it so he can get in here for forum support?

Best bet would to register again.

or try advising him to check his spam box.

you can also pm lucky and give the user name of the person and he can activate them through the inactive members list.It sounds to me like it is going to his spam folder like zoid has said. also you can only register with one email.. so if he is trying to register again with the same email address it will not go through because the email was already used.

so tell him to check his spam folder first,or to register with a different email. or contact lucky to activate him.

Or if you like just tell me the user name he registered with and i can send it off to luky for yous .
