You have to make the image and put it in the categoires icon area in Pic Management.

i went to pick manage ment then bg image row title it dint work
here look at it ur self

Forum

Admin panel>display>pic's management>advanced mode

pace you image all three spots.

(Background picture (Row title)
(Background picture (Row category left)
Background picture (Row category right)

then hit save

MY forum is now phpbb3 how do i change it ?
