Solved Guests posting on our forum

We are having a problem with Guests posting on our forum. The forum used to be set up so that "guests" could not just come on and read or post...obviously something has changed...
I looked through the Administration panel but can't find where I can disable this...does anyone have any ideas?

General>Categories and Forums
Click on forum name
Permissions tab
Check for guests permissions.
Repeat it for all the forums.
