How to make members have to log-in to view the forum

I'd like members to have to be logged in to view the forum, how can I do this?

Adminstration Pane >>> General >>> Forum >>> Configuration

1. Scroll under and you will see Login PopUp
2. Tick active to yes
3. Put a message "optional"
4. Your done

Make sure that permissions of all forums are not seen by guests:
Admin Panel > General > Categories & Forums > Permissions > 'View and Read' : Uncheck the box for 'guests'
