How do I allow guests to view a forum but not members?

What I would like to do is have a forum saying "You are viewing this forum as a guest" for when guests come, they can see it but after they register and become a member, this forum is not visible anymore.

When creating the forum, I try to set the permissions to allow this but it doesn't allow me click Guests on and Members off. Is there a work around for this or a method that gives the same or similar results?

I am completely sure this isn't possible. The whole point of making a forum is gathering members, lol.

...Ooooor you were talking about forum, as in, the sub part of category? ^^;; You can always make an announcement or login popup that's only visible for guests I'm not sure that you can allow a forum (sub part of category) only for guests.
