Forum headers?

Is there any way I can set a specific post to show at the top of the page in all threads and/or at the top of a forum?
What I've got is a rules thread, but I want it to show on every page within the forum.
Either that, or if there's a way to set it so when the person makes a thread or post, it shows up then at the top of the page.

can you do that though? cause I was wondering that also, like, I don't know if they're from here, but I've seen that. have a box at the top saying Rules on every category, and it leads you to the same rules. I don't know if that any bit of sense but..

It is a sticky which I'm trying to show, but I want the contents of the thread not just the title where you have to click to go into it.

There is no way that you can set it to appear above messages as such, but I do believe I have a possible solution.

I think you should utilize Announcements to your advantage, showing your rules one by one.

ACP > General > Messages and E-Mails > Announcements

Activate Announcements: YES
Announcements Display: ALL PAGES
Scrolling: GO DOWN
Scrolling Speed: 100
Stop Time: 5
Space between Announcements: 100
Announcements Block Height: 0

Below announcements configuration is a list of announcements. Click the add button ().

Name: Title
Content: FORUM RULES:

I recommend making this so everyone knows what is being shown.
Make a second announcement.

Name: Rule 1
Content: [your first rule]

Repeat this for all of your rules, naming them Rule 2, Rule 3 ect.
Save, and view any of your forum pages.
