Solved How do you get people to join your forum?

Hi staff and members how do you get people to join your forum without emailing i don't know how and i only have 6 registered user i want more users to come on my forum for Naruto Ultimate Ninja storm i can't email because i don't have a friends email that likes Naruto and any other ideas please help i'm in a big situation for myself!
