Certain Permissions

Hello. I manage a forum for an alliance in a game. As of now I've had no trouble with forumotion. However I have made several ranks (Administrator, Leadership Member, Member, Diplomat). My goal is to allow admins, leadership members, and members to see all topics and read all topics. However Diplomats should be able to see all topics save one, known as the War Room.

I cannot figure out how to do this... When I go on permissions it only says the permissions can be changed my all , member, or administrator, not the ranks I have made... Could anyone help me?

With your ranks you must affiliate also a group, then you can manage your permissions for the sections (forums), and not for threads.
