can i modify icons from each category?

Hi guys, good day, i have a little question from you.

can i change or modify my icons from each of my category?

for example on my forum i have a different categories like sports and cellphone related stuff.
now i what i want to do is change my forum icons in sports, but when i tried to change my icons from sports,also my icons from other category had been changed. uhuhuhuh, so what i did was to restore my icons from it's orig......
