Banner Font size

I was changing the title of my banner which I used to have in bold and bigger font size, and I went to General---configuration--then site name and changed it. now the bold and text size is gone and I can't get it back, I forgot how I did it before. Basically I am trying to enlarge it to the one hear that says " the forum of the forums" I believe this is called the title. I know I didnt make a banner and put it in I did it some other way. You talking about the banner image or just the basic text ??
