Hyperlinks in Banner
Firstly, Happy New Year Everyone
Now to my problem\ idea
I want to change my banner I want to stich two pictures together the forum is about to different models of Jaguar. I want a picture of both in the banner with a white strip in the middle between them, I hope you know what I mean.
The two cars will be the two project cars I want a hyperlink on each picture so when the members click on the relevant hyperlink it will take them to the right project car.
Is this possible to do
How do i do it

Hi,
If this is the forum in your profile here he is, then it's possible via the template overall_header_new.
Small question before: it's the image that would act as a link, yes?

Re: Hyperlinks in Banner
So ok, let's try the way of a table in the template overall_header_new and search for :
Make sure that the position of the "logo" is the same as that which has been set in the template, also here :
AP >> Desplay >> Homepage >> Headers & Navigation > Page headers > Logo positioning : Center (for this exemple).
- Code:
<!-- BEGIN switch_logo_center -->
<td align="center" width="100%" valign="middle">
<a href="{U_INDEX}"><img src="{LOGO}" id="i_logo" border="0" alt="{L_INDEX}" vspace="1" /></a><br />
<div class="maintitle">{MAIN_SITENAME}</div>
<br />
<span class="gen">{SITE_DESCRIPTION}</span>
</td>
Save > (do not preview !) > Publish<!-- BEGIN switch_logo_center -->
<td align="center" width="100%" valign="middle"><table border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"><tr><td style="background-image: url('url_image_project1'); width: XXXpx; height: XXXpx; padding: Xpx;" align="left" valign="bottom"><a href="url_project1" style="color: #ffffff; font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold;">PROJECT 1</a></td><td style="background-image: url('url_image_project2'); width: XXXpx; height: XXXpx; padding: Xpx;" align="right" valign="bottom"><a href="url_project2" style="color: #ffffff; font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold;">PROJECT 2</a></td></tr></table>
<div class="maintitle">{MAIN_SITENAME}</div>
<br />
<span class="gen">{SITE_DESCRIPTION}</span>
</td>

Re: Hyperlinks in Banner
Real picture or not, nothing prevents you from trying already, then you know what are the parameters for...
You can initially try with the same image as i did.
