Recent Topics Not Scrolling

Argh... if it isn't one thing it's another. I made another portal page that is working great except I changed my static 'Recent Topics' widget back to scrolling and now it won't budge. Before I'm asked the obvious...

Number of recent topics : 15
Activate the recent topics scrolling : Yes
Scrolling direction : From bottom to top
Height of the recent topics module : 275
Time delay between two scrollings : 15
Step moving of the scrolling : 2

as to what I'd seen, I think the reason why it's not scrolling is it because it's long. and it also appears here that it doesn't scroll.

I'm sorry, I'm not sure I understand. I have the height set to 275 but it's super long because it won't start scrolling. And if you're referring to the recent topics scroller here on the support board, it's scrolling for me.

Temporarily removed the wibyia toolbar from the site description and the scrolling started working again. Is there anyone that can provide a work-around for this conflict, please? It's also in conflict with the announcements widget from even showing up on the board.
