Solved is this legal ?

is it ok to put a celebrity banner ? I mean take example Britney spear picuture and make it the website logo. here is my forum the banner is from tv show " gossip girl"

Hello,

As long as you designed it yourself, or had it especually designed for you then I can guarantee it is 100% legal.

Otherwise you do need permission, and you need to note that you have permission for the use of that image/s.
