Solved Categories won't show, but structure is okay

Post by K2rolyn January 21st 2010, 8:38 pm

Hi!

I'm having a little problem with splitting categories. I made a category (Dollhouse on the picture and then I made two categories under that big category. After that I made forums under both categories. Magamisala, keskne ala (on the picture) - those were under the first and juhataja kabinet was under the second. But they show as those categories were under the big Dollhouse categoriy. What should I do? I tried different skins and the problem remained.

Pictures..

The HERE part is where the second category should be at..

Oh and I should mention that under structure it's on the first. I think it's Called None? The split categories.

I want the categories and the forums under it to show. Everything.

You cannot have sub categories.

It's on. As I already said. Structure is fine, but categories won't show.

And yes, I can have sub-categories. I have them on another forum. I triple-checked everything in the admin panel. Its the same. But on one forum they don't show and on the other they do.

Categories will show up on the homepage. Whereas sub categories which you are talking about when you click on a forum are not possible.

See if this helps
Display>Structure & hierarchy
Split categories on Index: Full

I want them to show up on the homepage. I got the problem fixed already. Changed the version.

http://dollhouse.forumotion.com/forum.htm

Like that. Dollhouse and under that a subcategory and forums and then another subcategory.

Thank you!
