How to add a buttom in navigation bar? Empty How to add a buttom in navigation bar?

i want to add a buttom to my nav bar.I go to Admin Panel => General Admin => Headers and i don't know what to tipe in the picture selected box,redirection URL box, and alternative text box.please help
