Can't open Options, Calendar or Add Poll Empty Can't open Options, Calendar or Add Poll

i'm pretty sure this is a bug in the layout, or perhaps it wasn't coded correctly. Is there a way anyone can show me a way to fix this problem without changing the layout? I can't tack threads, make annoucment threads..add a poll..anything. It really sucks.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Is the + icon appearing in the options on the right hand side?
