Rang for regular members

How can i set the forum that the regular member below their name have a rang. Like a example new of forume, and after his post example 200 post that automatic change to another rang which I set it on forum, example profi of forum.

Please write gradually, what can i do

ok but I don't have a Ranks > Add a new rank option

in the acp you should see a small drop down menu with the rank images on when you create a rank,
or you can add your own, hosting them offsite like photobucket or image shack is a good idea, then add the url in the box

i have oly this option

i don't have a option in User Admin & Group Admin, Rank
i have oly for create a group
