HTML Codes wanted for css style sheet

These are the html codes i need to change navbar background also need the html codes for the portal headers , and forum headers & footer thanks will be greatful for anyone who can get them for me thanks.

You cannot change the HTML unless you are using phpBB2 or punBB since template editing is available only in these both. To change backgrounds, you can use CSS.
