How to give permissions for someone to only edit html page?

Hi,

How can I grant someone permission to only edit an html page I've created and not see anything else in the administration panel? Can this be done?

you cant?
you can have them create what ever is going to go in there and they can
give you the codes and lay out to place in there.but other then that they would have to be a admin and would have access to the admin panel.

or you could create a test forum and give them access to that to create the page. but that's about it.
