Get rid of, "Last Visit" and "View Your Posts" text at top of forum...

Simple thing to do, but I can't figure out how to do it.
Is it possible to get rid of the text I've pointed to in the image?

it can most likely be removed from the template then.

how to add it.

Go to
Admin panel>display>templates>general.

scroll down to.
(index_box = Home page : categories list )
no click on the orange action icon. remove the whole code thats in there, past the code above and hit save,

After hitting save scroll back down and you will see a Green + icon.
click that to publish and that's it.

If anyone makes a mistake or you want the feature back all you have to do is click the red X(delete) next to the template and it will return the default template.
