Admin is not active anymore. Empty Admin is not active anymore.

Hello!
So I have this forum, where I'm co-admin, but I'm basically the head admin.
The founder quit the forum months ago. He has like 3 posts and I have 240.

Could it be possible to switch the founder/head admin to me?
Why do I need this? I cannot mark topics as sticky for example.

Hello,

If the founder has been absent for in excess of 6 months and 1 day then you may ask for a password update and inform the PM recipient that the founder has departed the forum for in excess of 6 months & 1 day
