How I can send message?

How I can send message to all members in same time ?

Ive wondered about this too I think the only ways are:

Goto Admin Panel > General > Under Newsletter > Write and Send
But that sends a message to there email, it isnt a forum PM.

Goto Admin Panel > Users & Groups > Group Administration

Create a new group and add everyone to it, then u can just PM everyone from your regular message screen. Or u could add everyone as your friend and do the same thing.Messages and Emails

Goto Admin Panel > General > Under Messages and Emails > Announcements

Thats a good way to get a message out there too
