i was wondering if this was possible..

Like to have a Bot of somesort on your forum, that when a member post in a certain section of the forum the bot automatically post a message after it.
Like the introduction topic on some forums.
When people make a new topic the bot automatically says welcome to that person.
and i do not want the answer "USE THE WELCOME FEATURE FOR PM'S"
