How did you get your Bar Orange Empty How did you get your Bar Orange

Still cant work out how you got your Bar in orange,I have tried but it wont work

Hello.

Have you done this? : Admin Panel > General Admin > Headers > Display only images in the link bar > Yes.

I had posted different versions of the orange bar, but the post disappeared this week when this bug occurred Sad

I tried that,but all it seems to do is make the icons close together instead of spaced out as they were before.
