administration panel then general after look for * Configuration*in messages and emails then Always show the first post in the topics : click YES for that after click save..bless

but I do not want to appear on all topics ! I want to be like here bounce

here in some subjects is not activated this feature but to me appears everywhere ! Sad

it only show when it go to page 2 ,3,4, ect so that's why it not show all over
