HELP!!!how do I delete the text in notepad menu??

how do I delete the text in notepad menu??
I've tried to replace with other writings, but all the same, old writings that appeared.
I also have tried to turn off the notepad function, but the old text still appears.
is there any here who can help me?

Just remove the text & then hit save.

each time I open the admin page, the writing on the notepad menu does not appear, only blank pages that appear.
I replace it with another text and I click the save also remain the same, which appeared in the forum is a lama.text writing what I just wrote only appear in admin pages only
