Hi there! Hello

Some visitors to my forum requested unicode in order to use Russian characters in the titles of their new topics. The messages are okay; this is already possible, the question is purely about the titles.

My questions:

1. Is unicode advisable, or would it increase problems such as with security?
2. If you consider unicode to be the correct thing, please inform me how to introduce it.
3. Would that be the answer to the query, or is there another way?
