how to fit long script in forum description

I have this code and i need to fit it all in my forums description. I have tried remove all the unnecessary script but it still does not fit. I really need this in the site description still. How could i possibly do this?

My reason for doing this is because the code bellow is a navbar that i need for my forum. The only thing is, the drop down buttons will not all show if i post the code in the forums announcement box. The navbar only stays inside the announcement box that i am currently using, so if you were to scroll over a button that drops down, you couldn't see any of the buttons bellow the announcement box, for an example go to my forum and see what i mean www.ipodhome.forumotion.com . I kow i can enlarge the announcement box but in doing so i would have to enlarge it so much it would make my forum look rather unprofessional and ugly.
