Solved Multiple Skin Choices?

Is there any script or anything for users to have multiple choices of skins? Like this forum: http://vfkfanforums.com look at the bottom right.

Hello,

There is no option in admin panel to have multiple skins but there is a trick you can do with template editing, if you are using phpBB2 or punBB.
