In the first post of a topic, under the send button, you'll see Options +

Click on the + is it's not already done
There you should see Post as:

Choose which one you want

How do I change a regular topic into a sticky note the topic as a lot of posts in it but I want the topic be a sticky note to remain on top. Thank you
