private messages not so private

Is it possible to read (as an administrator) private messages that users of my forum send to each other?

I know this might not sound ethical etc but I know some other forms of forums allow this?

Nopes, it is not possible. Its very unethical & invasion of privacy of users.

I wish it wasn't unethical! I have some weird crisis happening on my board between two of my members and I can't figure out who is crazier!

I can understand the problem, but the misuse is much greater than its use.

On my forum I think there is problems with user using the PM function to slag off admins and officials within our organisation.
