HTML page management submit button

Can anyone help
Problem with HTMl page management. When using the submit button to edit HTML code nothing submitting. Also the preview button not working there is a long delay and no preview.
It has worked in the passed i have noticed this problem two days ago.
Can any one help is there a problem with the these button.
