Importing a theme Empty Importing a theme

I am having trouble importing a theme I down loaded from phpBB3styles.net
What file am I suppose to import?
Also I tried to import multiple files and I get an error saying import stopped.
Help please not sure what to do here. Thanks in advance.

Forumotion doesn't have an option to import themes for other services. You will need to copy and paste all images and codes one by one to the admin panel.
