Registration problem

How can I add some fields in my registration area (i.e-website,yahoo,humor etc.) but not have them required?

It says necessary field: You can check No.

If I check no & save, the field does not appear in the registration area. Only if I
check yes, the field appears. What should I do? plz help me.

Its not possible to have it in while registering & then have the option for it to be left blank.

Hey I want to appear the retype password & confirmation code field in the same page as username & password field. What do I have to do?
