can i request a rank icons for my forum??

here are my rankings:

FN-ADMIN
FN-ONLINE GAME MOD
FN-FACEBOOK HACK MOD
FN-PINOY MOD
FN-FACEBOOK MOD
FN-V.I.P
FN-GFX designer
FN-ANIME MOD
FN-HELPERS

i would like the letter "F" at the beginning is like this
rank icon 1199ff11

then i want the letter "N" after letter "F" is the same font. the font of rank names is the same as the font of letter "F" but the size is smaller than that and the color of letters is white and the background color is blue....

Then it might be an idea to contact the creator of these ranks to see if they still have the PSD file to edit thumright
