members miss behaving

hi i have a group of chaps from another forum, (Not Forumotion) that really are making my life hell, one of which was an admin, i have ban all 6 of them, but there threating to contact forumotion even though i have not actually done anything, there all tagging up as my forum is growing in strength, they have opened a few abuses now, should i be worried about this or not

Nope if the forum has not violated the ToS in any way forumotion can't touch your forum

like airforce12 has said.
As long as there are no violations happening on your forum then you are fine.

Be sure to keep all abuses or other things they may be harassing you with for your records in case you need to prove, or show it down the road.

other then that keep banning them.. or better yet. don't ban them just put them in a group that has no permissions to any of the forums... lol
