Member Can't See New Posts! Empty Member Can't See New Posts!

Hi! One of my members can't read any new posts made on our forum while she is logged on. Does anyone have an ideas why this is happening and what I can tell her? If someone responds to a post she just made, she can't see it unless she logs out, then in again! Member Can't See New Posts! Guish2

when she makes POST REPLY(not quick reply) there are some options under the table of the message.It says Notify when a reply is posted or something like that she must click YES.
