New tabs

i was wondering how you make a new tab at the top of your page because i want a custom one which is downloads like this up on the top bar like home gallery calendar faq and yeah i was wondering if you can make you own custom one?

Display>headers and Navigation
create new ones there.

thanks so ive created one now and what happens when i create it and go try and view a message saying 404 - Not Found. What can i do?

What are you trying to add to the download page? Let me remind you adding download programs is not allowed on at Forumotion. You are breaking the ToS and will have your forum banned.
