Multiple accounts per person

I need my people to be able to make multiple accounts per person, but when they try to register a second account, they cannot because "email address is already in use" or something. I was able to create several accounts with the same email address, why can they not?

I cannot find how to disable this. Is there a way I can accomplish my goal?

you were able to do that?
lucky and there is no way around that your friends will have to make a new email addresses or you can give them one of your email addresses.

I just registered a THIRD account with the same email address, this is so confusing.

You can have up to 300 accounts on any forum with one email and one email for being the founder of the forum.

wait so the founder can join his site with the same email as many times as he wants?....gives me an idea lol

there can be up to 300 account with the exact same email address, however they MUST register with another account, and get the admin to change their email address.
