How to post a video

Hello, I wonder how to display a video in the forum.
I tried to use this code

It can be mine?
And if I just recorded from TV and edited, can I post or not?

But may I know the code please?

if the original artist walks by your video and can not recognize it as their's then you can claim that it is yours...
